Brief Induction
JYFL Multiple Round Cage Dust-Filtering Unit is another new type high-efficiency energy-saving dust-filtering unit which is developed by our company with sharp creativity in technology and elaboration in structural design. This product has been submitted for National Invention Patent and Practical New Model (invention entry No.: 01127137.X; practical new model entry No.: 01245530.X). This product features compact structure, steady running, and high adaptability, large filtering area, low consumption, easy operation, low breakdown rate etc.It can be widely applied to A/C & Dust-Filtering Systems for industries such as Cotton Weaving, Chemical Fibre, Ramie and Flax, Paper Making, and Tobacco to purify air by way of filtering and collecting fibrous dust.

 

Physical Design and Working Principles
Multiple Round Cage Dust-filtering Unit is a mech-electrical unit consisted of the first stage disc prefilter and the second stage multiple round cage dust filter. The first stage is for extracting, separating and collecting the fibers and sundries in the air being processed. The second stage filter is for filtering out the fine fiber and dust from the air exhausted from the first stage filter.For structure and working principles see Diagram one, for Overall Dimension see Diagram Two.
Disc Prefilter the First Stage of Multiple Round Cage Dust-Filtering Unit
Composed of disc net, revolving nozzle, body case of first stage, fiber compactor and dust exhausting fan.When the air mixed with dust going through filter media, the fibrous dust is detained on the disc net and sucked off by suction power of the fan through the revolving nozzle.After this, they are separated out and compacted by the fiber compactor and finally be expelled.The air which is dust separated returns to body case of first stage through the dust exhausting fan.The Second Stage of Multiple Round Cage Dust-Filtering UnitComposed of machine frame, multilayer cage-like filter groove, revolving suction arms and nozzles, body case of second stage, dust-collecting fan, bag collector and fine dust compressor. There are fire-proof plush filter materials set at inner two sides of the multilayer filter grooves of Multiple Round Cage Dust-filtering Unit. When the air goes through the filter materials, the dust is detained on the surface of it. The purified air gets out through the filter material. In the filter grooves the suction nozzles with opposite suction slits on them are connected with the rotary suction arm. These suction arms revolve in a unidirectional manner by a unique reversing mechanism, and under the suction power of dust-collecting fan the suction nozzles on them suck off the dust on the surface of the filtering material in turn.Then the air along with dust is delivered to bag collector to be separated. The dust is compressed and expelled by the fine dust compressor. The air which is dust separated returns to body case of second stage through dust collecting bag, by this treatment secondary pollution is avoided.

Electric Controlling
