Product Description

Bridge slot water well screen pipe:
The sand and gravel can't easily block the slot because of bridge slotted screen's special bridge slot design. Bridge type water well screen slotted pipe has great mechanical strength and water entering capacity. Meanwhile, bridge type water well screen slotted pipes use steel punching technology and rolled in many ways, so bridge slotted screen is light, cheap and easily operating. We use Computerized Numerical Control to punch the productive process, so the slot size can be changed as your requirements. In order to give customers more convenience, we can offer any diameter bridge type water well screen slotted pipe, we also offer galvanized bridge slotted screen pipes to prolong the operational life.

Product Parameters

Basic material----Stainless steel, different qualities depending on ground water properties and temperature.
Steel - mild steel, preferably S235JR or similar steel with good weldability properties. Suitable for drawdown wells. Not approved for drinking water.
Steel - galvanized, S235JR as base material. Only suitable to a limited extent for contact with drinking water.
Steel - coated plastic , S235JR as base material, Rilsancoated, approved for drinking water. Meets the KTW recommendation of the German Federal Department of Health.
Slots----The slot width tolerance compliant to DIN is +/- 0.2 mm, which means the values listed above for the open area are approximate values.
Approx. 2 mm minimum opening for galvanized and Rilsan-coated screens, since the bridge openings could otherwise plug due to the coating process.
