Pipe manufacturer plans 40 jobs, new plant in Sharon

MADISON — A pipe mill is relocating from Illinois to the Village of Sharon and will employ 40 people.

Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers announced Thursday construction of the new facility in Sharon is expected to begin in the fall.

Historic Downtown Sharon will be hosting its annual homemade pie sale on Saturday, April, 16, and has its Model A Day event set for June 5.
